Milissa is a seasoned marketing and brand strategist whose career spans iconic consumer and institutional brands, including Schwinn Bicycles, Regal, Lands’ End and others.

She has led marketing in the fast-paced world of tech startups, spearheaded innovation-focused research for the University of Wisconsin System and built research-backed frameworks that help complex organizations move with clarity and purpose. Her work blends strategy, curiosity, and an ability to translate insights into meaningful actions and growth.

She holds an MBA from the University of Wisconsin–Whitewater and a Digital Marketing Certification from Cornell; bringing a rare blend of leadership and creative clarity to her work.

Samantha is a creative director and brand leader known for transforming organizations through story-driven strategy, visual identity systems, and operational excellence. She has guided brand evolution and creative development across multi-division organizations, consumer goods brands, and corporate initiatives—bringing coherence, clarity, and momentum to teams navigating growth and change. Her work blends strategic thinking with design-driven execution, shaping marketing systems that are both inspiring and practical.

She earned her Master of Science in Integrated Marketing Communications from Northwestern University, grounding her creative practice in data, strategic thinking, and organizational behavior.
